1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using OwnAI PH ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
OwnAI PH is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you build and publish an AI assistant. You ("the Owner") provide the content, instructions, and contact details. We provide the platform.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal authority, to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- You confirm that any information you upload is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend assistants that violate it.
5. Plans, fees, and limits
- Plan limits and fees are listed at /pricing. We may change prices with at least 14 days notice.
- AI message limits are enforced. When you reach your limit, your assistant will politely stop replying until the next billing period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. AI is not perfect
The Service uses third-party AI models. Replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You agree to display the AI disclosure to your visitors and to not present AI replies as professional advice (medical, legal, or financial).
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of running your assistant. We do not sell your content.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law. You may close your account anytime from Settings.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
