Monthly plans
- You may cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month, provided your usage stayed under 25% of the plan's message limit.
- After 7 days, fees for the current month are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We will refund pro-rated fees in full if we materially fail to deliver the Service for more than 5 consecutive days due to our fault.
