You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
- Spam, mass messaging, or unsolicited marketing without consent.
- Content that harasses, hates, or threatens any person or group.
- Child sexual abuse material or any content endangering minors.
- Sexually explicit content or violent content.
- Providing medical diagnoses, legal opinions, or investment advice without qualified human review.
- Phishing, credential collection, or impersonating a person or organization.
- Hacking, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass platform security or rate limits.
- Collecting personal data of visitors without disclosed purpose and consent.
You agree TO:
- Keep the AI disclosure visible to visitors of your published assistant.
- Only upload knowledge you have the right to use.
- Honor data subject requests from your customers within 30 days.
- Use the human handoff when the AI is unsure.
Enforcement
We may suspend or remove assistants that violate this policy without notice. Repeated violations can lead to account termination without refund.
